Been out all day found time to program a little...(20 min)

Made the figure get highlighted, made a function to move them,
and fixed a bug that didn't get my figure at mouse location(first i wasn't pointing it to the right square latter the mouse was global and i needed it local in the window)
also figured out how to respond to multiple events...
